Biography:
Corey Stang comes to Windy City via free agency after being released by the Rockford RiverHawks in early June. He signed with the ThunderBolts on June 12th and made an immediate impact. In the bottom of the 10th inning in his first game against Kalamazoo, Stang delivered the game-winning hit to give the 'Bolts a 12-11 victory. Stang was enemy number one when with the RiverHawks after hitting a go-ahead homerun against Windy City on May 24th. He also robbed Phil Hawke of a homer on June 2nd.
