Biography:

Jordan Wiley starts his second professional season and first with the ThunderBolts in 2023. He signed as a free agent on November 27, 2023. Wiley split his first professional campaign between Schaumburg of the Frontier League and Cleburne of the American Association, combining for a .233 batting average and .353 on-base percentage over 42 games. He was originally selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 40th round of the 2016 Amateur Entry Draft but elected not to sign.

Jordan played for two years at Oral Roberts University and was named First Team All-Summit League as a senior in 2021, when he hit .268 with five homers, 26 RBIs and a .368 on-base percentage. He hit .317 in the pandemic-shortened season a year earlier. He also spent single years at Louisiana-Lafayette, Panola College and San Jacinto College. In 2018, at Panola, he hit .355 with 55 RBIs and was selected to the NJCAA Region 14 All-Conference First Team. He attended Richland High School in North Richland Hills, Texas.
