Biography:
Gabriel Bersing is in his first season with the ThunderBolts and fourth as a pro in 2024. He signed with the Bolts on February 11, 2021. Gabriel's pro career began when he was signed as a 17-year-old international free agent by the New York Yankees in 2019. He made his on-field debut in 2021 in the Domican Summer League, where he hit .324 with six extra base hits over 24 games as an 18-year-old rookie.
Bersing spent three years total performing for the Yankees in the Dominican Summer League, appearing in 94 games. He had a career .242 batting average with 13 home runs, 43 RBIs and 12 stolen bases. |
