Biography:
Isaac posted one of the most memorable moments of the 2008 season when he recorded the first no-hitter in team history as part of a 13-0 victory over the Midwest Sliders on August 5.  After moving to the starting rotation for good in late July, Isaac posted a 5-1 record in seven starts, including a 2.52 ERA during the month of August.  Isaac finished sixth in the Frontier League with 110 strikeouts last season while holding hitters to a .217 batting average to go with a 7-6 record and 3.91 ERA.

Isaac was named the MVP of the 2007 Frontier League Championship Series making six appearances, pitching 8.2 innings, striking out 13, and holding opponents to a .161 BAA in the playoffs. He led all ThunderBolts relievers with 10 wins on the year, earning the nickname "The Vulture".

Isaac was ranked as the 6th best prospect in Independent Baseball by Baseball America magazine following the 2008 season.
